Tammy Davis is a dedicated medical professional with a lifelong passion for medicine. She earned her
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and her
Master’s degree in Medicine from Mississippi College.
Currently residing in Brandon, MS, Tammy shares her life with her husband, Chris, and their three dogs:
Maggie, Layla, and Gus. She is also a proud mother of three and grandmother of four.
Tammy’s love for medicine began in childhood, inspired by her fascination with science and her desire to
care for others. She views her role as a physician assistant not merely as a career but as a calling and a
blessing she thanks God for daily. For over a decade, Tammy has been an integral part of the team at
Central Surgical, working alongside Dr. T. Matthew Jones. Her work experience is not limited to surgery,
but also includes wound care.
Her dedication extends beyond her local community. Tammy has participated in several medical mission
trips to Haiti, including efforts to rebuild an orphanage destroyed by the 2010 earthquake. She and her
husband are also actively involved in a church plant in Brandon.
When she isn’t working, Tammy enjoys running, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Her commitment to service, both professionally and personally, continues to inspire those around her.
“I love how general surgery includes many aspects of medicine. It is rewarding to walk through health
conditions with our patients and their families to recovery and healing.”
